Conseils et leçons apprises
1. Ways to approach and coordinate with different colleges and principals, and convincing them to allow participation of their students in the event. Invitations for all the schools and colleges were sent and the management provided their consent through telephonic discussion or email and were finally taken in to consideration. A total of 300 schools and colleges were approached; around 200 schools have given their consent. 2. Channeling the local resources of student community from privileged background for mobilisation of local funds.
Remarques Wilde Ganzen
This is a good example of special day and theme-based fundraising combined with awareness creation for the cause of HIV/AIDS. Organising a painting competition and involvement of student from well-off as well as less privileged schools helps create awareness and better understanding.
