Needs Assessment

• Identify where the organisation is in the development process and why a curriculum needs to be documented: is the curriculum for a new program? Is it already being used but requires more structure and standardisation?
• Find out what the objectives are: training material for teachers? To enable expansion? Accreditation? Funding?
