Enumerate the Key Activities

• Enumerate all the key activities that are required to implement the program.
• Group these activities into pre-implementation, implementation and post-implementation phases (if applicable).
• Elaborate each of these key activities into a workplan with smaller sub activities with key deliverables, time lines, resources and responsible persons listed. This will form the first draft of the program implementation plan.
