We are hiring an experienced Partnership Advisor for a newly created role to raise funds for Change the Game Academy (CtGA).

CHANGE THE GAME ACADEMY

Change the Game Academy provides online and face-to-face courses in local fundraising and mobilising support in a number of countries around the world. The aim of the programme is to train grassroots groups and civil society organisations in skills to enhance community philanthropy and self-led development in defence of rights and social transformation.

Currently, the locally-led program runs in 15 countries: Burkina Faso, Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, South Africa and The Gambia (Africa); India, Nepal, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and Indonesia (Asia). In Latin America it is available in Brazil and in the Andes region (Colombia and Peru). The global partners together form the Change the Game Alliance and jointly govern the program and its development. Online courses on local resource mobilisation and mobilising support (lobby and advocacy) are provided free of charge in four languages through the portal www.changethegameacademy.org.

Change the Game Alliance is led by a Global Leadership Council which delegates key tasks to relevant subcommittees, among them the Resource Mobilisation Committee, which will be the key connecting point for this role. Wilde Ganzen Foundation acts a Host organisation to the Alliance, engaged in secretariat, admin and coordination tasks.

Every community has the resources available to drive the change they envision. From that belief Wilde Ganzen and four Southern partners set up Change the Game Academy which supports grassroots changemakers.
