Module 2: Problem analysis

In this module, you analyse the obstacles and solutions for the situation you want to change. You will learn to define your mobilising support issue: the specific issue on which to concentrate your lobby efforts.

Why

Defining the mobilising support issue is an important part of developing a mobilising support strategy. A well-defined mobilising support issue makes it easier to decide on what to do and what not.

What you can expect

In this module you will identify the core problem to be addressed, formulate the mobilising support issue and decide on the solution that you wish to promote.

Knowledge and Skills

At the end of this module you will have learned:

to analyse and understand the problems that shape the situation that you want to address
how to choose solutions to these problems
how to formulate your mobilising support issue
