Obstacles inventory

The obstacles inventory gives an overview of all obstacles perceived by relevant stakeholders. It is very important for project planning as it is the basis for the selection of possible interventions.

Problem Tree

An obstacles tree helps decide which obstacles are causes and which ones are an effect. The tree visualises the relations between causes and effects.

Solution Tree

After the obstacles analysis follows the solution analysis. This analysis includes translating the negative situations (obstacles) into a realised positive state (the solutions)
