The language in this course will be Amharic dominated!

Local Fundraising (LFR) is a course which will enable learners to raise funds within their own community. They learn to identify relevant donors, select the most suitable fundraising activities, practice communication skills and make a plan (including budget, time investment and agenda). After the course, participants will have a thorough practical plan which they can implement.

The course is particularly suitable for Community Based Organisations, Self-Help Groups and Non-Governmental Organisations.
Licensed local trainers will conduct the training.

September 1st and 2nd: Leader’s meeting
October 2nd – 6th :  LFR course A-level Program
Starting from October 6 th: Coaching
TBA: Graduate course

Costs for one person: will be communicated to selected participants soon, this includes training from certified trainers, training venue, food and coaching.

We advise organisations to delegate two persons to the training preferably one male and one female.
